School delivered at least 50 kg of recyclables cumulatively for recycling through the following mean(s).

(a) Arranged private recycler by school to collect recyclables regularly; and/or

(b) Delivered recyclables to GREEN@COMMUNITY facility(ies) for recycling on your own.

Please fill in the GREEN$ membership no. for this activity (each school is allowed to register a maximum of 2 accounts).
